DESCRIPTION

The Intelligent Lift Interlock System (ILIS) prohibits lift operation anytime the vehicle is unsecured. The ILIS was designed and tested using a collaborative effort that included manufacturers, installers, and end-users. This led to a completely automatic system that complies with the lift interlock requirements of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) Title 49 Code of Regulations. The dash-mounted status display panel, ease of installation and operation, quick and clear system diagnosis, and high system reliability are all features of ILIS.
